"Feeling understood, heard, and accepted just as you are can be incredibly empowering, and pave the way for real change and transformation."

At times life can feel overwhelming for any number of reasons. Perhaps you are struggling with a recent event, or past events are still causing you emotional distress or unhappiness. Maybe you feel confused about how you feel and would like to make more sense of your emotions. Or indeed you may have a specific problem and would like to work through it to enable you to enjoy life more fully.  Whatever your reasons for seeking support, counselling can help you to improve how you feel and move forward with your life more positively.

What is an Online Counselling Service?

An online counselling service is simply a platform that allows counselling to be offered via a video call, or if preferred, over the telephone. You'll be able to use your mobile phone, tablet, laptop or PC.

What are the Advantages to Online Counselling?

There are many advantages to choosing an online counselling service. It is convenient and easily accessible, while remaining private and confidential, and is fast becoming the chosen method for those seeking therapy, no matter the location. If you are unfamiliar with how to use any platforms that allow video calling, then I can guide you in getting set up and ready to begin counselling with me online. Most messaging services now only require an email address or phone number and are quick and straightforward to use.

I offer sessions via a variety of online messaging platforms and can use your preferred option if needed. Microsoft Teams is a very popular platform that I use, however, WhatsApp, Skype and Google Meets are other secure platforms that can also be used.
