Counselling For Adults

I offer a non judgmental and empathic approach, supporting you in finding a way to work through your difficulties, whatever they may be. 

My service is specifically counselling for adults. My experience as a counsellor spans over 15 years and I have worked with a huge variety of adults with varying issues.

There are many issues which bring people to counselling. Below are just a few examples;

Counselling can provide you with the time and space to explore those feelings and thoughts, and to find ways to improve your overall wellbeing so that you can lead a more fulfilled and enjoyable life.
